Open Question: applying for a job at hollister?

so i rang up about a job for hollister and left my details... i would quite like to work there but dont consider myself 'hot' ive got just below shoulder length hair which is light blonde and i like to wear it natural but it usually just looks a mess, and not a slim build just average and my height is 5'4, ive been having a quick browse about other experiences in this company and for the interview i would look natural and take out all my piercings..but what would i wear? also, is all this actually worth it? i want a job in fashion but it seems so shallow especially here! and recomendations should i go for it or not?
