Open Question: Are these 2 things legal in a rental property? (UK)?

Hi, Just checking that my landlord is fulfilling his duties - no worries for me and my partner but when we move shortly we would like to inform him if there are any issues - i'd hate for a child to live here and electrocute themselves! 1. There are no switches on any of the plug sockets 2. No extractor fans in kitchen or bathroom Its probably nothing but I just wanted to check :) Thanks! Thankyou, it is indeed a brand new kitchen but as long as the issues won't negatively affect the new tenants its all good :)
