Open Question: Can you recommend me any careers/jobs that can be done from home?

Hello, My Dad desperately wants to get out of the job he's at right now, and my Mom is about to get her real-estate license. If at all possible, he would like a career that he can do at home so that when she goes to look at houses, they can go together (if she feels she wants him with her to look at certain houses.) So, any ideas? All recommendations are appreciated.
