Open Question: Employee PF treatment in case of multiple employers & pension eligibility.?

Could somebody explain me what happens 1. When we put in service in various employers. 2. What is the eligibility criteria for pension from EPF? 3. is it better to with draw money from EPF every time you switch employer or get it transferred?
