Open Question: Need hospital nursing experience?

Need hospital nursing experience but detest starting IVs, catheters, etc, and working nights. I love the science though, especially the heart (enjoyed learning telemetry, did well and understood it). Please don't tell me I just have to pay my IV, Catheters, nights dues. I want to enjoy my job while building some credibility/experience. Any Ideas?
