Open Question: Stock qoute for 1 second interval?

Hi, I want to run some statistic on stock information (e.g. price and volume) on each second. How can I obtain this information for any given stock (US Stock) ? Is there a progeam/API/file/HTML or any other interface that I can use in order to investigate it ? Yuval
