Open Question: wht is the problem with ups?

ok so i ordered 2 items from tmobile.....they sent them to ups ok thats great so where is my package??? ive called ups numerous times and have gotten the same crock of boil...i purchased these items on feb.11 it is now feb 22 i dnt know wht the hell they got planned but someone needs to get my package here...im tired of representatives tellin me yes maam u will get it today again and again...UPS SUCKS and they need to step up...like really
