Open Question: Average gross/net of a salesperson in the wholesale industry?

I'm 22 and have worked as an account executive in the computer peripheral wholesale industry for about 2yrs. What is the average gross/net for sales people per quarter? Right now I'm grossing about 200k per quarter, and net profit is at 10%. Just wanted to know how I'm doing. Am I below the average? Thanks! my customer base that I've built over the past 2 years is not huge. Its only about 10 or so stable clients.
