I am building a new house and the construction loan lapses at the end of this month. The house is going to be about 98% but not complete. The parts that won't be done will be the final lights, the intercom system, and the back yard deck. I just have temporary single bulb fixtures in place right now. We were told up front to qualify for the final construction loan draw the house had to be complete. Is the bank going to be that picky to say we will not get the final construction draw because the house is not 100% done?
