Open Question: Do you need a Career Diploma for Medical Transcripting/Floral Design?

I'm looking into an online college called Ashworth. http://www.ashworthcollege.edu/ I ran across Medical Transcription as a Career Diploma and was wondering if you actually needed one or not do to that sort of thing. It's pretty much the same question for Floral Design as well. If anyone could let me know, that'd be great!
