Open Question: does this mean they are being kicked out of their house?

My bestfriend is worried, someone came to her door about a court date, what is going to happen? details inside? She called me crying saying that a guy from common pleas just dropped off a big packet for her parents about being defendants against some bank talking about foreclosing their house. what do you think will happen. i guess they havent paid off payments, will they get a chance to pay or are they gonna be out of their house after the court date.
