Open Question: ebay help? refund, final value fees etc?

Hi there, i sold my camera but the bidder who bought it breached the policy and never paid because their account was 'no longer a registered user' so i complained to ebay for a refund and they gave me it. IT shows my current balance is '£29.86' in my account but i don't know what this means? i don't have fees to pay but its showing up this as a current balance figure. What should i do? ebay sent me a message saying the refund was accepted but i dont know where this money has come from?
