Open Question: Has anyone recived notice that there tax refund will be deposited, but to please refer to to tax topic 203?

I had to paper file(for homebuyers credit), which I did on Feb. 09th, 2009. The IRS first acknowledged receipt of my return about a week and a half ago. Today the WMR site said it is scheduled for DD on March 26th. However, i ama bit concerned because it says my refund My be reduced by a federal debt, such as state income tax. I called the offset hot line a few weeks ago and there was an indicator for state taxes owed...I called Indiana because those taxes were paid through my local court 6 months ago....They said they didn't have a record of them being paid off. The court said I don;t owe anything...Please help!!!!! If they take the money for the taxes that I already paid, how do I get it back? I have all my receipts... I should note that I have called the IN dept rev. several times about this and they do not seem to know anything!@!! I called the clerk of court in which I made the payments too, anf they just keep telling em to call IN. The last and final payment was made over 6 mon ths ago, so shouldnt their systems be up to date?
