Open Question: Have some questions regarding taxes (NYS)?

This is the first year I've worked on the books I've only made 416.50 all together between two employers for 2009. Do I even need to file? I can be claimed as a dependent on my parents too if that makes a difference? I'm so clueless when it comes to taxes lol.
