Open Question: How much can a debt collection agency legally ask me to pay if I am on benfit?
My sister ran up my phone bill, now I have to pay it. The thing is, I recently had an op on Both legs and cant work for another six months at least.So I am on benefit. How much can they legally ask me to pay?
