Open Question: How to force Google to index faster....?

Is there any ideas how to do that. We have a new version with more that 20M unique links. 2months Google have deleted old links. Now we have 66k new links indexed. - This is only the structure. What to do that Google will index all listings faster? Any great ideas. Thanks
