Open Question: I am looking for advice on applying for an overdraft via Royal Bank Scotland...?

My question is im looking to apply for an overdraft via the RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) however my problem is im currently unemployed, i know there are other ways of aquiring money (apart from being employed) ie; crisis loan etc...but id rather go through the bank first....so those answers would be more than welcome...In advance thank you.
