Open Question: I am selling my share of a cottage to my partner, do I have to pay capital gains on it?

We are co-owners of a cottage and we bought it for $120,000, we both got separate $60,000 mortgages on the property and it is worth $200,000 now. He is giving me $100,000 so do I have to pay capital gains on that?
