Open Question: I come from Egypt, wanna get my masters in computer Engineer from Malaysia?

i want to know the best yet cheapest universities over there, fees, dorms (for girls), how to contact them i.e. web site or email .. can i find a job in malaysia while studying?? please make answers as detailed as possible.. thank you
