Open Question: I feel like my new position isn't getting the amount money it deserves. What to do?

I currently work for a company as an Administrative Assistant to the Office Management team (2.5yrs). I'm transitioning into the Administrative Assistant to the Business Development team (entry level). I will be working 50-60hrs a week (exempt meaning no overtime) & only receiving $3k more. Should I just take this or inquire about it? THANKS!
