Open Question: My x won't sell our house!?

I left my husband about 3 years ago due to abuse on his behalf, we are now divorced but he still lives in the house. He lives on his own and there is no mortgage but I heard recently that he is putting off potential buyers and has no intentions of selling. The property is on the market for £300,000 so there is no way I can buy him out, it is a 50/50 split. Can anyone help me please?
