Open Question: of VS for : Help in picking a business title?

I'm looking to create a title for a managing executive in charge of a private firm's entire international business relations. Which of the following is more grammatically correct: Director for International Relations or Director of International Relations I also considered "Chief of Foreign Affairs", but that sounded like a government post like the Secretary of State. What do you think?
