Open Question: Partner has stopped paying mortgage.?

after the breakdown of my relationship, my partner walked away from our house and stopped contributing to the mortgage. we have not lived together for over 12 months. what rights do they have to the property? ie: if i sell it how much would they be entitled to etc. thanks in advance
