Open Question: Should I pay my car note before 30 days late or?

Get something done to my hair because I haven't in a while and it looks terrible ( I never hardly get it done) and pay other bills... Oh by the way..I work a full time job..have two toddlers. I barely do anything for myself...but I'm always giving all of me..
