Open Question: Supplemental Security Income in Texas?

I will soon be turning 18 and I am currently enrolled in college and classified as permanently disabled (since birth). I do not have any income. Texas' Supplemental Security Income is not federal funded and comes from Texas taxes. How much income was approved for 2009-2010? I would like to know how much someone like me would receive per month. Please provide a gov source verifying the information (the page/document that has the numbers on it.) also, stay under the impression I am already 18. Thank you.
