Open Question: What type of action can be taken against a falsely advertised property purchased "as is"?

We recently purchased a forclosure "as is" without an inspection for a great price. It was advertised as having city water but when we went to get it turned on we ended up figuring out that it actually has a well! Is there any type of action we can take considering the property was listed wrong and the real estate agent told us it had city water??
