Open Question: can you please guide me?

can you please guide me? Right now I am working as SOFTWARE DEVELOPER in Mumbai. I got a job offer from MASTEK and TCS for Oracle PL/SQL Development and both are offering same package. Now I am in confusion that, where to join? Whether to MASTEK or TCS Company? I plan to join accordingly the onsite offer avail in both of the company. So just give your suggestion about these two companies and guide me in the right path.... Regards, ShivRam
