Open Question: does any one have a career opportunity for me?

I Am 21 year old, white, male currently looking for any kind of career opportunity. i currently work fulltime at a retail store making 10 an hour plus commission. i ask this question because i love working and realize i have to move out from a retail postion to an actual career where i have opportunities to learn and grow with the company.
