Open Question: Extended Service Agreement "on site"?

Hi, I'm trying to buy AcerAdvantage, and the service agreements are either described as "collect and return" or "on site" Now, I get that "collect and return" is where Acer will collect the laptop and return it to me, but what is "on site"? Thanks
