Open Question: HELP from anyone?????

Ok so i know my life is pretty much screwed over but i gotta try to fix it...I am leaving for the millitary in june....I have a bad credit score and havent told anyone about it...I am bout 1200 dollars in debt....and i owe some kid 250 dollars ASAP because i stole from him....i wont lie im not a good kid...i lie ALL the time and i have stole...my life is really bad...i dont got many friends anymore...And i need to pay this kid the 250 before he brings it to court within two weeks....So my first question is does anyone know how i culd get 250 within a week?....and my other question is...is it even possible to rebuild my life seeing as i screwed it up so much?
