Open Question: how do you find a business report?

In business communication (its a college class) we are studying short reports and long reports. our assignment is to find a business report on one of the 30 topics the teacher gave us on the internet,and write a page on a short report and a page on a long report.. and there is literally nothing for everything i type into google. i havent found 1 SINGLE business report yet. can someone please help me?
