Open Question: How much should he be pulling in to justify 200 USD/week?

A person I know offered to become an indep. sales rep. for my forthcoming t-shirt business. How much in sales should I expect, for that amount of pay? 200 USD/week he wanted. Flea markets, internet, that sort of thing.
