Open Question: I am subletting my apartment. What are some things I should know?

I am trying to sublease my apartment for about five months. My landlord has already approved of it. I am also leaving the state (about a four-hour drive away) during the subleasing. Any tips for a totally inexperienced subleaser would be much appreciated! Thanks!
