Open Question: Personal.................................. !?

I hate to be so detailed about something so personal, I have always had pretty heavy periods, since i started getting them, But never this bad, Since i had my daughter, 19 months ago, my periods have just been awful. I psyhical pour soo much blood it scares me, I leak all threw my pants, i have bloodclots, sometimes i wont even notice and its jus pouring out of me... my periods are only about 5-7 days long, but for the whole time the bleeding is very heavy, i thought it was because after having my daughter my uterus tilted backwards, i thought maybe that could cause the heavier bleeding, but it doesnt it jus gives me sevre cramps in my back and lower stomach, I asked my doctor yesterday, and told him about it, and all he suggested was birth control to help slow it down. But i do not want to go on birth control, for me and my husband want to have another child soon, but im worried with the bleeding i have to even get pregnant, im not sure if something is wrong, but i booked a psyhical for next week, im also worried that since i had my daughter i have had abnormal cells, and im really starting to freak out, does anyone else have periods like this, or know what it could be caused from? I dont bleed in between periods, and im usualy on time, im jus starting to get concerned for my health and my doctor hasnt really given me any answers.
