Open Question: WHAT ARE SOME GOOD OWNER ABSENTEE BUSINESSES TO BUY?

I know owning any business requires some work that your are not completely absentee, but I own a smog shop and have a smog technician working under me, so I do not have to do any hands on work. I do not even need to know any knowledge of smog checks at all and I am making good money. I have my own job and just make money off the smog business, all I do is add up the money and make sure there are no problems. Are there any other businesses as light as this one, which don't require any managing of any sort? Again, don't assume I don't intend on doing anything just not something which requires me to be on things day to day.
