Open Question: What are some major challenges/issues with implementing a green supply chain?

I've come up with a few but need to think of as many as I can - challenging to be environmentally sustainable without losing competitive advantage-cost benefit analysis - lack of expertise because "going green" is fairly new - green supply chain has not received global recognition (no set standards)
