Open Question: Would you choose to be a scientist or a recruiter?

I have a Master's in Molecular Biology and Genetics and have studied the 2.5 years of PhD in Genetics and Biotechnology. Right now, my husband has his own business and making enough money to support us. My baby is small so I have decided to stay at home with her until she is 4-5 years old. In the meantime, I am wondering which career to choose? 1- Biotechnology Research Scientist or 2- Pharmaceutical Recruitment Agency What are the pros and cons of each choice?
