Open Question: Taxes for virtual employee who moved out of state?
1) I am a virtual employee (with no desk assigned) and moved from PA to TX in March. 2) We had a office in PA where I reported daily but no office here. So I work from home in TX. 3) My residence is maintained here (new lease, utilities etc) from March 8th but my PA apartment lease and utilities still exist until end of May. 4) My office paperwork was completed only this month and effective may 1st I am based out of TX office as per official records, TX doesnt have state income tax..and I know for sure from may the payroll is going to adjust my state taxation . But I was wondering if I could still claim back my taxes from march onwards later when I file year end returns in 2011?
