Open Question: Where can I go for Medical Device Sales?

I'm a former pharmaceutical sales rep. and I am trying to switch gears to medical device sales. I'm with all the big sites and I network as best I can, but I don't feel like I'm getting anywhere. What can I do to get my foot in the door? Please help, thanks in advance
