NEC Completes Acquisition of Convergys Corporation’s Information Management (IM) Business
NEC Corporation and NetCracker Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of NEC, jointly announced today that they have completed the acquisition of Convergys Corporation’s Information Management business.
