Business tax cuts at heart of debate
A Democratic state senator and a Charlotte small business owner supporting President Barack Obama on Thursday spoke about the impact of the president’s proposed tax cuts the same day the U.S. Senate rejected rival Democratic and Republican plans for cutting taxes on businesses.
