KCI Agrees to Divest its Therapeutic Support Systemsâ„¢ Business to Getinge AB

Today, Kinetic Concepts, Inc. announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to sell its Therapeutic Support Systemsâ„¢ business to Getinge AB for a total enterprise value of $275 million, on a debt free and cash free basis.
