An Unusual But Valuable Business Skill: Herding Cats

Of the many business skills needed in a successful company, one of the oddest may be one of the most valuable.   It's not that hard to find outstanding numbers crunchers, dedicated customer service professionals, even executives with creativity and vision.  But if I need to get a big, important, costly complex project done, let me first find a person who can herd cats.
