Armada Oil and Mesa Energy Complete Business Combination
Armada Oil, Inc. and Mesa Energy Holdings, Inc. today announced the closing of the Asset Purchase Agreement and completion of the business combination of Armada Oil and Mesa on March 28, 2013.
