Ferro Announces Sale of Its Pharmaceuticals Business
Ferro Corporation announced today that it has completed the sale of its pharmaceuticals business, Pfanstiehl Laboratories, to PLI Holdings, Inc., an affiliate of Med Opportunity Partners, LLC.
