Namesake: No Business in Scott County
The stone remnants of a remote old community called No Business still stand in Scott County at the Big South Fork National River and Recreational Area. 10News reporter Jim Matheny explains how the nullified neighborhood earned its negative moniker when it was still a thriving community.
