Business leaders call on city officials to close the deal on Bull Street – or risk losing it

Some of Columbia’s business leaders called on City Council Monday to finalize the public financing plan for the Bull Street neighborhood on Tuesday. Otherwise, they risk losing the deal, one leader said.
