For business owners who want to provide insurance to their employees, things just got tougher â€" at least for those who are in the 36 states that rely on HealthCare.gov. The SHOP (Small Business Health Option Program) online marketplace will be delayed for a year (November 2014).  Yet business owners can still participate, but so long as they call a broker, agent or health insurer.
