Open Question: the process of selling something through ebay, and when can you receive your money?

so first i auctioned of something on ebay. then some guy from Nigeria brought it. he sent me the payment and ebay had sent me an email telling me that the payment is confirmed, but on my paypal account i still dont see the money being recieve yet. so when/ how will iget the money? after i ship the product? how will ebay know i shipped it? thanks. ALSO, since i use 2 ebay accounts, the money was sent to account A but iwanted it on account B, next time how do i switch that ?how do i determine which account the money goes too after the buyer pays? THANKS !
