Open Question: Lost Amex Gift Card, somehow remember last 4 digits. Can i somehow get the rest?

I just got notified of a refund for $70 some dollars and i really need the money. Now dont ask how or why but i remember the last 4 digits. Is there anyway i can get the rest of teh card info back?
